Right of Return

We accept returns within 14 days of item delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within this period to initiate the return process.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. If an item is returned damaged or in non-original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item or incorrect shipment). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.

Refund

Once the returned item is received and verified, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 7 business days. The refund will only include the item price, excluding original shipping costs.

Loss of Value

The customer is responsible for any loss of value of the returned item if it is not returned in its original condition, such as if the item has been used or damaged during the period of possession.

Exclusions
