Right of Return

We accept returns within 14 days of item delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within this period to initiate the return process.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Trying on items in a manner consistent with in-store shopping is permitted; we reserve the right to withhold any reduction in value if use has gone beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

 

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the items, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item or incorrect shipment). We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure delivery.

Refund

Once the returned item is received and verified, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 business days. The refund will only include the item price, excluding original shipping costs.

Loss of Value

The customer is responsible for any loss of value of the returned item if it is not returned in its original condition, such as if the item has been used or damaged during the period of possession.

Exclusions

Some items may not be eligible for return due to their characteristics or the nature of the product. These include customized or made-to-order items, intimate items, or items subject to hygiene regulations.
